Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges. Please request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be returned in new condition. Non-defective items must be unused. Contact us before mailing a return so that the request can be reviewed and approved. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.
