When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit within Canada.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned, and exchanges are accepted, when requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective items must be new and unused.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit.
